Healing and coaching sessions may be booked separately or combined for a more integrative and in-depth experience that will instantly elevate your relationship with your body, mind, and spirit and provide you with the tools needed to make lasting change.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing is a soothing and therapeutic experience. During a remote session you will relax in a comfortable position while I transmit high vibration, purifying energy throughout the meridians in your body. Simultaneously, I will activate and work with your ether body to connect you with your highest vibration of self and awaken your body's innate ability to heal from imbalance at any level of your being. The energy that I work with is universal and unique to you. It has its own natural intelligence and will work throughout your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies based on need. 


An Energy Healing session is an opportunity to:


Relax and restore your body, mind and spirit.  

Cleanse and clear your energetic body.

Calm your nervous system.

Collaboration is at the heart of my coaching practice. Working with me is an intimate journey in which I create and hold space for you to activate the healer within and find the answers and solutions that resonate most deeply with you. As a Holistic Health Coach, I serve as a guide who empowers you and provides ongoing support as you set goals and make changes to improve your overall health and well-being.

Uncover your unique physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

Define your health and wellness goals.

Set intentions and create a plan that will allow you to work towards sustainable change.  

Identify emotional roadblocks that may be preventing you from moving forward.

Help you work through frustrations and challenges as they arise.

Provide resources and recommendations. 

Help you make adjustments and reset your goals when needed.
